It's Breakfast Thyme!

 If you want to make these fun protein donuts, here’s what you’ll need to do:


  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Whisk 8 organic eggs in a large mixing bowl

  • Add in 1-2 cups chopped veggies and any herbs (basil or rosemary are lovely)

  • Season with Real™ salt and pepper

  • Stir the omelet mixture 

  • Pour into greased silicon donut pan (9 donuts) place the donut pan on top of a cookie sheet for stability 

  • Bake for 23-28 minutes or until the eggs are set, cooked through and slightly golden brown. 

  • They are delicious on their own or even with guacamole or avocado slices and veggie sticks!
