Easy Zoodles & Basil

Oh the Farmer's Market just makes me happy... how about you? The interaction with the farmers, endless possibility of produce and the sunshine makes for such a fun time!

This week I put together this dish as a quick lunch, and it is a deliciously colorful way to use the flavors of summer!

I hope you love it!

Serves 1 (you can easily make more!)

1/2 medium zucchini, spiralized

1 teaspoon Basil flavored olive oil

REAL® sea salt, to taste

3-5 basil leaves, torn

5-10 cherry tomatoes, halved

5-10 walnuts, chopped

grilled chicken or salmon, if desired

Simply toss the spiralized zucchini with olive oil, sea salt, basil, tomatoes and walnuts. Enjoy!
