Green Goodness Smoothie

Smoothies are a quick, delicious way to boost nutrition in a convenient way!

The inspiration for this smoothie came from a request from a dear friend of mine who was seeking to maximize the greens in her diet.

This smoothie is a great way to get your greens plus some vitamin C and fiber!

Green Goodness Smoothie

8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk

2 cups organic spinach, frozen (about ½ of a 5 oz. box)

2 kiwis, peeled

1 rib organic celery

½ juice of a lime, optional

¼ avocado

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

Dash ginger or cinnamon

5-10 drops stevia, to taste

Simply whirl all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy! Add more water or almond milk if you desire a thinner consistency.

Sip to flourish!
