We all know that breakfast is most vital meal of the day, and rightfully so!

Lately I have been loving on sunflower butter and green bananas- the earthiness of the sunbutter blends beautifully with the creaminess of the banana!
The power comes in from the "power greens" and protein powder, which makes for a perfect power breakfast!

Sunflower Power Smoothie
8-10 ounces unsweetened almond milk or water
1 Tablespoon sunflower butter, unsweetened
1 Tablespoon Liquid Chlorophyll ES
1-2 cups frozen power greens
1/2 to 1 frozen green banana (or slightly yellow)
1 cup frozen broccoli or zucchini, optional (sounds strange, but I love it!)
2 scoops Love and Peas Sugar Free protein powder
1/2 to 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (however much your body is comfortable with)
1 Tablespoon cacao powder
1 opened capsule of Bee pollen, as a garnish, if desired
stevia, if desired
Simply blend all the ingredients together, savor it and flourish!
