This smoothie is a wonderful way to start your day or to get a quick, nourishing lunch in rather than skipping or hitting a drive-through!

Spiced Butternut Smoothie
8 ounces water
1-2 scoops Love and Peas Sugar Free protein
½ cup cooked and cooled butternut
1 small organic carrot, chopped or shredded
½ to 1 Tablespoon unsweetened sunflower butter
⅛ teaspoon piece slice fresh ginger
⅛ teaspoon piece fresh turmeric
¼- ½ teaspoon organic orange zest
Cinnamon, to taste
½ Tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup ice
Pumpkin seeds, to garnish
Simply blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy with pumpkin seeds and a dash of cinnamon on top.
