Rainbow Sesame Ginger Salad
Who doesn't love such a happy, colorful... and easy salad?!
Check out the YouTube video above for the demonstration, and here is what you'll need for this vibrant salad: Rainbow Sesame Ginger Salad (salad): 2 organic carrots 1 purple daikon radish (or any radish) 1 broccoli stalk, peeled 1 organic yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 2-4 Tablespoons organic cilantro, torn or chopped (dressing): 1-2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil 1-2 Tablespoons Coconut aminos grated fresh ginger, to taste (1/8- 1/2 teaspoon) grated turmeric, to taste (1/8 teaspoon) dash black pepper black sesame seeds, for garnish 1. In a large mixing bowl, simply peel the carrots, radish and broccoli stalk into "ribbons" or "whisps." Add the bell pepper and cilantro into the bowl. 2. Add the dressing ingredients into the veggie bowl or wisk them together In a separate measuring cup. Toss the veggies with the dressing and plate the salad with black sesame seeds as a garnish.
