When my mom and I set out to write Cook 2 Flourish, we had no idea it would become such a "well fed" [big] book with so many delicious recipes! If you are intrigued by gluten free, refined sugar free eating with lots of flavorful nutrition, this cookbook is for you! I created this colorful infographic to give you a window into what's in the book. There are 14 total chapters with everything to smoothies, cookies and even DIY essential oil face wash!
