One of the gems that came out of my mom’s health journey was this cookbook!
Friends and family started asking us how we cooked and baked without refined sugar and white flour to still eat family favorites and “normal food.”
Smoothies, kale, Brussels sprouts, oh yes, and chocolate cake!
This was a delicious 2 year project that resulted in 183 recipes and full color photos! Most recipes are gluten free (100+), and each recipe indicates if it is gluten free, grain free, or dairy free.
We are delighted to offer this book to you, and it would be a joy to sign and send you one!
Encourage 2 Flourish is not just a book, but a mission- a mission to share the truth of God’s Word and spread joy to people all around us.
With these 31 original photos and powerful Bible verses, you can use it as a devotional or tear and share the perforated pages to brighten someone’s day. It’s 4x4” size is perfect for carrying in a purse, backpack or keeping in your desk!
