Easy Chimichurri with Local Ingredients

Fresh herbs, rich infused olive oils... what a perfect match for this delectable condiment!

If you are like me and are new to chimichurri, it is a new found favorite to add zest to brown rice, quinoa, grilled steak, southwest chicken, salads, spaghetti squash and more!

For impeccable flavor, try using the Heavenly Olive Oils and Key Lime Vinegar!

Easy Chimichurri

Chimichurri with Local Greens:

2 cups fresh cilantro or mixture of greens (pea shoots, claytonia, radish greens, cilantro, parsley) 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Tablespoon fresh garlic 1 Tablespoon onion ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons key lime white wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar) ¾ cup organic extra virgin olive oil (1 Tablespoon Chipotle olive oil and 2/3 cup Milanese Gremolata olive oil) . Directions: 1. Pulse the herbs and spices until finely minced/chopped in a food processor. 2. Add in the liquids and pulse until the desired consistency. It is like pesto or an herbed oil dipping sauce. Enjoy!!!
