It’s a new day and a new year with opportunities to grow and thrive.

Perhaps this year it’s not about a certain diet or restrictive resolution but being intentional about

n o u r i s h i n g our bodies.

God has blessed us with so many flavors, colors and textures of foods abounding in phytonutrients so we can flourish!

There are so many foods we “can have,” and I think it’s fun to swap out ingredients to make meals healthier. Do you?!

As it says in our cookbook: “it’s alteration, not deprivation.”
