Savor the Seasons

“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.”

Today’s conclusion to the 2020 Farmer’s Market reminds me of the blessing it is to savor each season. Some seasons are easier or more pleasant than others, but they only last for their appointed time.

I appreciate the opportunity to cultivate both community and a healthy lifestyle each year at the market.

Two words come to mind:

🥕Richness

Thank you to all of my beloved farmer friends- the roots of some relationships go back 10+ years! You’ve been faithful in every season and blessed my life abundantly!

Enrichment has come not only in the foods’ vital nutrients, but in the intangible yet undeniable satisfaction of experiencing community and the resulting creativity.

Thank you, farmer friends, and thank you, Lord, for the blessings You provide in each season.
